Process mapping, data collection, MSA, capability (Cp, Cpk), sigma level — measure process performance and establish a reliable baseline using relevant data.
Fishbone, 5-Why, Pareto, hypothesis testing (t-test, chi-square) — identify root causes and analyze the key factors affecting process performance.
